And it works so well, it really makes me wonder why all of these other brown prevention tips for avocados even exist!You’ve heard them all I’m sure: Lemon juice, lime juice, water, the pit, plastic wrap.I’ve always been disappointed in the results from those methods but I’ve pressed on in trying to find something that actually works.
I’m the only one in my house who eats avocado, so I rarely need to use the whole thing and I hate to waste half of it because avocados are just so.The other day I was making my lunch and it involved an avocado.
I started reading around the interwebs to see if there had been any new developments in this field.
Somewhere deep in the comments section of some dark corner of the internet, I saw someone mention that putting a wedge of white onion in with a bowl of guacamole would keep it from going brown.Scott’s been known to recommend using just a teeny bit of “bling” here and there..
But you know what he said?Safety concerns!
Well, isn’t that just too smart?I would never have thought of that, but he said making sure the income suite is legal and all the basic safety concerns are up to standard increases the overall value of the home and really keeps you covered in case of emergency.
